By placing an order on GlacialSips.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
2. Products
All GlacialSips systems are built to order. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing via Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping and Lead Times
All systems ship within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation. Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. Canada is available — contact us for rates and lead times. We do not otherwise ship internationally at this time. Lead times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Installation
Installation of whole-home filtration systems may require a licensed plumber in some jurisdictions. GlacialSips is not responsible for installation costs, damage arising from improper installation, or local code compliance. A setup guide is included with every system.
7. Limitation of Liability
GlacialSips liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from product use or inability to use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on GlacialSips.com, including text, images, and design, is the property of GlacialSips and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
