Effective: January 1, 202630-Day Performance Guarantee
Every GlacialSips system is backed by a 30-day performance guarantee. If your system does not perform as described within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it — your choice.
How to Initiate a Return or Claim
Email info@glacialsips.com with your order number, a description of the performance issue, and any photos or documentation you have. We respond within 1 business day.
Conditions
The guarantee applies to performance as described in the product listing. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use outside the product's rated conditions, or normal filter wear after the initial 30-day window. Systems must be installed before a performance claim can be made.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Return shipping for approved claims is covered by GlacialSips.
Non-Performance Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind after a system has been installed. If your system has not yet been installed and you wish to cancel, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a return at no cost to you.
